responsibility of the students to check the academic calendar with the school
and e-KLAS for any updates.
c. The academic calendar for MBBS programme starts in October and April each
year.

7. FEES AND BURSARY POLICIES

7.1 Fee Payment and Procedure
a. Students are liable to pay the fee as per gazette according to
programme. It is the students’ responsibility to ensure that the fee due
is paid accordingly through the Bursar Office (Accounts Department). All
payments must be made to MSU Holdings Sdn Bhd.
b. Tuition fees must either be paid in full upon enrolment or paid under an
approved Instalment Plan. If any payment agreed under an approved
Instalment Plan is not made by the 7th day of each month, an additional
late penalty charge of RM 2.00 per day shall be imposed until the
amount due is fully paid.
c. A penalty of RM100.00 and an additional RM10.00 per day will be
imposed on students who fail to register at the beginning of each
semester according to the determined time frame gazetted by the
Admission & Record Department, Registrar Office.
d. Students are not entitled to register in next academic year until all
outstanding fees for the previous year are settled. The total fees for the
MBBS programme is as follows;
