ABOUT THIS HANDBOOK
The MSU Student Handbook - Rules and Academic Regulations (MBBS) Academic Session
2018/2019 is issued by the Registrar Office. It is the University’s official notification of its
policies, rules, regulations and standards of conducts; intended to provide a good framework to
all students so that they benefit from the education provided by the University. The student is
responsible to know these policies, rules, regulations and standards of conduct. Students’
enrolment is considered as acceptance of all conditions specified in this handbook.
The University reserves the right to change any of the policies, rules, regulations and standards
of conduct at any time as may be necessary in the interest of the University. The University also
reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of the services, programme(s) or activities
described in this handbook.
